Annual Giving
The core of the Ram Athletic Association is the annual giving program. Your annual investment helps ensure the continued success of Golden Ram student-athletes both in the classroom and on the playing field. In addition to providing general support for student-athlete scholarships, annual gifts enable our sports programs to defray their cost of recruiting, travel, equipment and other operational costs above those funded through the department budget process.

Endowments
Endowments enable WCU to fund an annual scholarship to at WCU student-athlete or to provide a guaranteed funding source for a sports program. Endowment donors will enjoy the chance to create a lasting legacy that supports future generations of Golden Rams athletes.

Corporate Marketing
Athletic marketing partnerships are a unique and effective way to reach your customers. Opportunities are available to develop a customized marketing program for individual partners. Contact the WCU Athletic Marketing/Promotions office at 610-436-2557 for information.

Planned Giving
Through bequests, annuities and charitable trusts, donors can help secure the future of Golden Rams Athletic by naming the West Chester University Fund as a beneficiary of an estate plan.

Gifts-in-Kind
Join the Rams Athletic Association by providing gift-in-kind services or products instead of, or in addition to, a cash gift. These are items that would normally be purchased by the department and often produce substantial savings to a sports program or to the general Athletics operating budget.

Matching Gifts
Many companies offer matching gift programs for employees and their spouses. If you or your spouse’s employer offers such a program, your gift to Golden Rams Athletics could be doubled or, in some cases, even tripled. Please check with your human resources office for the proper form and enclose it when you send in your gift.

Your Time
The Rams Athletic Association is always looking for individuals who can volunteer some of their time and expertise to assist in the effort to raise funds for our student-athletes. Individuals are need year-round to volunteer with a number of tasks including:
